Established in 2012, Think Big Training is a recognised training institution dedicated to delivering high-impact economic and human capital development programmes. Accredited by key national agencies including CIDB Malaysia, HRD Corp, the Department of Skills Development Malaysia (SKM), and ISO 9001:2015 certified, we work closely with government bodies, statutory agencies, and international partners to support workforce readiness, entrepreneurship development, and inclusive socio-economic growth across Malaysia and the region.

Think Big Training was established in 2012 as a high-impact training and development institution committed to advancing economic empowerment and human capital development. Since its inception, Think Big Training has been recognised as an authorised training centre by key national bodies, including the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia, the Department of Skills Development Malaysia (SKM), and the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp). The organisation is also ISO 9001:2015 certified, reflecting its adherence to internationally recognised quality management standards in the delivery of training and development programmes.
As part of its mandate to strengthen workforce readiness and industry competitiveness, Think Big Training serves as a certified centre for construction worker safety and health programmes, including CIDB Green Card training, and skills-based certification programmes aligned with national competency frameworks. Beyond regulatory training, Think Big Training specialises in the design and implementation of high-impact economic development initiatives that support entrepreneurs, practitioners, and industry professionals across multiple sectors.
Over the years, Think Big Training has established strategic partnerships with government agencies, statutory bodies, religious and social development institutions, and international organisations. Notably, the organisation has worked closely with the Sarawak Baitulmal Fund (for HIEDP Asnaf programmes) since 2014, contributing to inclusive economic participation and sustainable livelihood development.
