Our SGD & ESG Goals

Advancing sustainable and inclusive workforce development through high-impact training.

Think Big Training is committed to designing and delivering High-Impact Economic Development Programmes that not only improve employability and income, but also contribute directly to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and core Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. Through our collaborations with government agencies, waqf institutions, development corporations and international partners, we ensure that every programme creates measurable value for individuals, communities and the wider economy.

Why SDGs Matter to Our Work?

As a high-impact training provider, Think Big Training works closely with B40 communities, Asnaf, entrepreneurs, and job-seekers to build practical skills, generate income, and reduce long-term dependency on aid. Our High-Impact Economic Development Programmes are designed as “fishing rod” solutions — equipping participants with digital, technical, and entrepreneurial skills so they can create sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their families. This approach naturally aligns our work with key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to poverty reduction, quality education, decent work, innovation, and reduced inequalities.
